SCULPT AND STRETCH

A lesson in which people mainly work with their own body weight and resistance bands. Combined with breathing and flexibility exercises. Lots of pulses and repetitions, inspired by pilates. A perfect mix to shape and stretch your body.

RELAX AND RELOAD

Relaxation is just as important as exercise. Relax and Reload is therefore all about recovery, relaxation and recharging. In addition, the class is also very suitable if you want to work on flexibility, mobility, better blood circulation or sleep quality.

PILATES

A workout that requires attention, stability, coordination and breathing. Pilates is an effective workout with many benefits, such as better body awareness, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility.

BARRE

The latest fitness training that is rapidly conquering the world. The dance training is suitable for young and old, trained or untrained. And you don't need a ballet background for it!

HIIT

During this 30-minute high-intensity interval workout, you'll do explosive cardio exercises to increase your heart rate, combined with slow, low-intensity movements.

BBB

BBB means Belly, Legs and Butt! You train all these 'zones' in just one hour with the help of cardio and strength exercises. The glutes, legs, and stomach are something for most of us that we would like to see tighter and more muscular.

YIN YANG YOGA

A class in which you are both physically challenged, but also completely relaxed. A yin yang yoga class focuses on relaxing and strengthening connective tissue and joints.

SHAPE AND TONE

A 50-minute intensive workout to tone, shape and tone your entire body. Be prepared to get your heart rate up and feel it burning!

BOOTYBOOSTER

During the Bootybooster we focus specifically on the GLUTES. During this 50-minute high-intensity workout, we'll work on shaping and improving GLUTES and BURN calories!
